Shop policies for foreign countries:

In light of the current circumstances, shipment services will be temporarily suspended in Ukraine and Russia until further notice.

Shipments to 'P.O. Box' addresses except USA eco shipping and military zones (AA, AP, AE, PR of USA) cannot be accepted. 

Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes  on entry to their country that may be applied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check with their local customs office which fees that may be charged before ordering. For some countries there is no charge for customs fees whereas others charge customs fees.

As we are shipping worldwide, it is impossible for us to know every country policies regarding custom fees. The shipping fee we charge is only what it costs to us to ship the order to you, and does not include or cover any customs duties, fees  or VAT. These fees may be charged on collection of the parcel in your country. 

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances once a parcel is sent. This applies to items with Free Shipping as well (Free shipping applies only to one way shipping and does not apply to Returns). No refunds or returns on parcels delivered later than expected due to delays in transit as COVID19 or sometimes unforeseen delays due to weather conditions that cauase longer delivery times which are out of our control.

All orders are thoroughly inspected and controlled before shipping to make sure there is no damage and that the order is of a high standard before shipping. We also do our best to package the products well so that they will arrive in good order.

 In case of any defective item, please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or that do not arrive. If you receive items that are damaged, we will need photographic evidence of the damage to assess whether a refund will be possible. 

A refund on items shipped but NOT RECEIVED, will only be considered once 3 MONTHS HAS PASSED since the order was sent to make sure that the parcel is indeed missing. No refunds will be issued or considered before this time period has passed. No refunds for shipping or items ordered will be possible for parcels that are rejected on delivery.

We do our best to make and send all orders as quickly as possible so that they will reach you as soon as possible and to track parcels with the information available on tracking sites but have no control over courier or customs processing times. We send tracking numbers for every parcel so that they can be tracked, and it is up to the buyer to provide the correct address and information required for delivery. We will also track the parcels from our side, as it is very important to us that you receive your order. 

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We are using the best quality materials with the aim to provide a great experience with our products. To keep your phone covers looking cute, colorful and pristine, please follow our care instructions.

  • Avoid contact with alcohol (eg hand sanitizer).
  • Do not scratch / rub the pattern on the cover by your nails.
  • The constant moisture and sweat on your hands can cause the pattern of the cover to shed.
  • Expose your phone to sunlight can cause fading and peeling of the color pattern.
  • Any contact with liquid may damage the color pattern.
  • We are not recommand you to contact with chlorinated pool water or ocean water while using your phone cover, because it will increase the likelihood of the pattern fading and peeling.
  • Our covers will show normal signs of wear over time. Any contact with any liquid (soap, detergent) or alcohol will damage the case instantly and potentially speed up the process. So, let's avoid them to make sure our covers always look brand new.

Are our products boxed separately?

No, if your orders are many and do not fit in 1 box, we divide them into 2-3 boxes free of charge. If you want it to be boxed separately, you should buy the Extra Box Product in our Other category.

925 SILVER

When you are not using your 925 silver jewelry, you should keeping it alone in a box without contacting the air.  Not keeping your silver jewelry in a box will expose it to factors such as air, water or sun in the environment over time.  This causes your jewelry to darken and lose its high quality properties.  Especially in the summertimes, you should definitely remove your jewelry when entering the sea or the pool.  In this way, you can use your jewelry for a long time.
