In line with the measures and procedures we have taken due to the covid-19 virus, your orders will be prepared and delivered to DHL/FEDEX/UPS cargo in 3-7 working days.

Weekends are not included in this period, because our company does not work on weekends.

In accordance with the customs legislation different related to each country, goods purchased from abroad are subject to import tax. Neither Reorah Collection nor Shopify will collect these taxes at the time of order. After processing time, when a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. There is no chance of not accepting these charges, returning to us and claiming for a refund. The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package.
