Shipping policy

Considering the current circumstances, shipment services will be temporarily suspended to Israel, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia until further notice.

We kindly recommend shoppers include and check their shipping addressee, contact info (telephone number) and email during purchase. We do not accept any return or refund due to incorrect contact info.

Buyers are responsible of tracking their shipments and informing us in 14 days after shipping time, no inquiry after this period can be processed since FedEx and other shipment agencies do not agree the responsibility to inquire a shipment when there is no movement in the tracking due to a 21-days deadline. No refunds can be done for those shipments those not arrived but informed after 14-days.

In accordance with the customs legislation different related to each country, goods purchased from abroad are subject to import tax, etc.. Neither Reorah Collection nor Shopify will collect these taxes at the time of order. Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes on entry to their country that may be applied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check with their local customs office what fees they may be charged before ordering. As we send worldwide, it is impossible for us to know every country policy regarding custom fees. The shipping fee we charge is only what it costs to us to ship the order to you, and does not include or cover any customs duties, fees, or VAT. These fees may be charged on collection of the parcel in your country. Buyers from UK should include their His Majesty's Revenue & Customs  (HMRC) and buyers from India, Mexico and Brasil should provide ID No for custom procedures of the given countries.

Shipments to 'P.O. Box' addresses and military zones or autonomous regions (AA, AP, AE, PR, GU of USA) cannot be accepted. 

Our current turnaround time is about 1 - 3 business days upon ordering except for the custom and/or personalized pieces. For those shipping can last up to 2 weeks.

United States: 3-6 days 

Canada: 1-3 days•

Europe: 1-2 days•

United Kingdom: 1-2 days•

Australia-New Zealand: 3-5 days•

For other countries: 3-5 days AFTER PROCESSING TIME

All international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. As we have no control over international shipping times, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances once a parcel is sent. This applies to items with Free Shipping as well (Free shipping applies only to one way shipping and does not apply to Returns). No refunds or returns on parcels delivered later than expected due to delays than expected because of delays in transit as COVID19 or sometimes unforeseen delays due to weather conditions cause longer delivery times which are out of our control.
