Gold and silver plated brass products feature a premium finish, with an added layer of lacquer coating to prevent color changes. Despite the precautions, all jewelry may tarnish depending on usage. To extend its life, avoid contact with water, perfume, moisturizer, etc. and store it in a pouch or box.

STERLING SILVER:

Sterling silver jewelry is durable and can withstand everyday wear with proper care. Environmental factors like air, water, or sunlight can lead to darkening and loss of properties over time. Store it in isolation within a pouch or box when not in use to prevent exposure to air. Remove your jewelry before swimming or showering to maintain its condition.

Processing time for all our products is 3-7 days except for personalized ones. Shipping times for countries may differ between 1 to 5 days. 

PAYMENT METHOD:

We do our best to make and send all orders as quickly as possible so that they will reach you as soon as possible and to track parcels with the information available on tracking sites but have no control over courier or customs processing times. We send tracking numbers for every parcel so that they can be tracked, and it is up to the buyer to provide the correct address and information required for delivery. We will also track the parcels from our side, as it is very important to us that you receive your order. 

In accordance with the customs legislation different related to each country, goods purchased from abroad are subject to import tax. Neither Reorah Collection nor Shopify will collect these taxes at the time of order. After processing time, when a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. There is  no chance of not accepting these charges, returning to us and claiming for a refund. The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package.
